How to Book Your Private Birthday Party:
- 1. Submit your booking request through the Party Booking Request Form here. Once we receive your booking request, we will be in touch shortly.
- 2. Reserve Your Date: Pay a deposit ($890 for weekdays, $990 for weekends) to reserve your party date and venue.
- 3. Work with your child to pick a party theme they’ll love.
- 4. We’ll design a digital invitation based on your theme.
- 5. You send the invitation to friends, finalize the guest count and notify us of any food allergies.

6. Four Weeks Before the Party
Confirm add-on services such as balloon decorations, custom backdrops, kids’ meals, entertainment, cake upgrades, etc.
We’ll provide a quote, and once approved, you’ll pay a deposit to lock in these extras. -
7. One Week Before the Party
Complete the Party Registration Form, including contact details, allergy information, and party T&Cs. Settle the final payment. -
8. Party Day!

Terms and Conditions of Private Parties
1. Your private party ("the event") is confirmed once you ("the host") make full payment for the private event, provide the registration details of all participants, and receive written confirmation from DeLovely Enterprises ("we" or "us").
2. Event Venue: Shop 20, 369 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood – workshop area.
3. The event date is secured upon payment of a non-refundable deposit.
4. All participants must be confirmed by the host at least three (3) days before the event date. Up to three (3) adult family members may remain onsite during the event at no additional charge. If more than three adults wish to stay, additional fees apply and must be pre-approved by us.
5. The private event includes the use of the event venue by registered participants only on the event date, a workshop, a birthday cake, snacks, a digital invitation, and any agreed-upon service upgrades.
6. Only registered participants may access the venue. The host is responsible for ensuring all participants are aware of and agree to the terms and conditions of private event, and terms and conditions of party guests.
7. All guests must follow instructions from our staff and instructors. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply or behaves in a manner that disrupts the event. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Participation in the event involves physical activities and the use of tools or equipment. By booking this event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all associated risks on behalf of yourself, your child(ren), your guests and release and waive all claims against DeLovely Enterprises, its staff, contractors, and representatives for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with your, your child(ren), or your guests’ participation in the event, except where such injury or loss is directly caused by DeLovely’s gross negligence. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred while on the premises or participating in event activities. All guests are required to adhere to safety guidelines. Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent, guardian, or the event host at all times.
9. Food Safety and Allergy
Hosts must ensure all allergy and dietary information for participants is disclosed prior to the event
If outside food or drinks are brought in, the host assumes all liability and must ensure it is from a registered food business and complies with NSW food safety standards.
We disclaim liability for any allergic reactions or foodborne illness resulting from external food.
10. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeLovely Enterprises, its staff, contractors, and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs (including legal fees), or damages arising from any breach of these Terms and Conditions, injury or damage caused by you or your guests, failure to supervise children, the provision or consumption of outside food.
11. We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
12. The consumption of alcohol and smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes and tobacco products) is strictly prohibited on the premises.
13. Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used by us or third parties for promotional purposes. If you or your child(ren) do not wish to appear in such materials, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.
14. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 21 days before the event receive a full event credit. Cancellations made between 14-21 days before the event will receive an event credit minus expenses incurred and a $100 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event receive no credit or refund.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Credits used for rebooking are forfeited if the rebooked event is cancelled.
No credit or refund is issued for no-shows on the event date.
15. We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will apply at the time of your event.
16. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policies
If you cancel your private event booking 21 days before the event date, you will receive a private event credit equivalent to the payment made.
If you cancel your private event booking less than 21 days and more than 14 days before the event date, we would be able to give you a private event credit equivalent to the payment made minus any expenses incurred and a $100 processing fee.
Cancelling less than 14 days before the event date will not be qualified for any refund or credit.
A cancellation request must be made in writing. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
If you use a private event credit to book a private event and later cancel the booking, the credit will be forfeited and there will be no refund or credit.
It is the responsibility of the host to ensure all registered participants show up on the date of the event. No-show of any registered participants will not qualify for any refund or credit.
