TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTY GUESTS

e RSVP and registration form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed in this form, you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and the participating child(ren).

  1. Event Venue: DeLovely Cake Design & Academy, Shop 20, 369 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood (Workshop Area)
  2. Only guests who have completed the RSVP and registration process are permitted to enter the event venue. Access is restricted to registered participants for safety and capacity reasons.
  3. All guests, including children and accompanying adults, must follow instructions given by DeLovely staff and instructors at all times.
    DeLovely Enterprises (“we”, “us”, or “our”) reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who fails to comply with these instructions or who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
  4. All guests are required to adhere to safety guidelines. Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent, guardian, or the event host at all times.
  5. By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation may involve activities that carry inherent risks of injury, loss, or damage, including but not limited to the use of kitchen equipment and physical movement in a party or workshop setting. To the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and your child(ren), and release and waive any claim against DeLovely Enterprises, its staff, contractors, and representatives for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with your or your child(ren)’s participation in the event, except where such injury or loss is directly caused by DeLovely’s gross negligence. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred while on the premises or participating in event activities.
  6. Parents or guardians must disclose all known food allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of registration.
    If external food or beverages are brought into the venue, the hosting parent assumes full responsibility and must ensure they originate from a licensed food business and comply with NSW food safety regulations.
    We do not accept any liability for allergic reactions or foodborne illnesses resulting from externally sourced food.
    Please note that some allergies can trigger severe or life-threatening reactions; vigilance is required from all parents and guests.
  7. We do not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the event.
  8. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
  9. Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used by us or third parties for promotional purposes. If you or your child do not wish to appear in such materials, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.
  10. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available upon request.
