Terms and Conditions of Kids Workshop Enrolment

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

  1. Your child’s place in the workshop ("class") is confirmed after you complete the registration, make a full payment for the class, and receive a confirmation from My Cake Australia (“We”). 

  2. Please follow the instructions of the staff and the class instructor at all times. We reserve the right to prohibit entry to any person to a class, or eject any person from a class where the person fails to follow the instruction of the instructor or where we have reasonable grounds to do so including without limitation where the person behaves in such a manner that affects the enjoyment of other attendees. If you or your children are removed or denied entry you will not be entitled to a refund.

  3. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever to any person or property or injury suffered to any person whilst at our premises, including before, during, and after the class. We are not liable for any injury or damaged caused due to incorrect usage of our equipment. Please abide the instructions from the instructors and the staff.

  4. For food safety, strictly no outside food or drink is to be consumed on the premises during the class. Please be aware that food allergies can cause serious and even deadly reactions in kids, so it’s important for you and your children to follow food safety acts and our instructions. If you bring outside food or drink to the premises, you agree to take full responsibility for the food safety and we do not accept any responsibility whatsoever to any food allergies or foodborne illness suffered to any person whilst at our premises due to the outside food or drink.

  5. Persons entering the premises agree to indemnify us against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damage arising from or in relation to the entry by the person.

  6. Please take care of your personal belongings. We accept no responsibilities for lost or stolen belongings.

  7. Drinking and smoking of cigarettes or any tobacco products are strictly not allowed.

  8. Photographs and videos may be taken during the class and used in our marketing material and marketing channels of a third party.

  9. Cancellation Policies: If you cancel your class booking 14 days before the class date, you will receive a class credit equivalent to the payment made. If you cancel your class booking less than 14 days and more than 7 days before the class date, we would be able to give you a class credit equivalent to the payment made minus a $90 processing fee. Cancelling less than 7 days before the class date will not be qualified for any refund or credit. A cancellation request must be made in writing. Please contact us at your earliest convenience. If you use a class credit to book a class and later cancel the booking, the class credit will be forfeited and there will be no refund or credit. In the event of minimal bookings, the decision to cancel a class is left up until 48 hours prior to the class to maximise chances of running. You will be contacted via email, WeChat, or text message 24 hours prior to your class for confirmation, cancellation or changes.

  10. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.

  11. By enrolling in the class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
