          1. What age group are the workshops suitable for?
           
          Cake and Baking Workshops:
           
          Suitable for children aged 5 and above.
          Children aged 4-5 can join with a parent through the "Parent-Child Option".
           
          Creative Arts Workshops:
           
          Please refer to each individual workshop for specific age requirements.
          Generally suitable for children aged 5 and above.
          Children aged 4-5 can join with a parent through the "Parent-Child Option".

          Save when registering multiple children for the same workshop on the same day.
          2 children:       $10 off per child (total saving of $20)
          3 children:       $15 off per child (total saving of $45)
          4 children:       $20 off per child (total saving of $80)
          5 children:       $25 off per child (total saving of $125)

          Multiple Workshops Discount*
          Save when enrolling a child in multiple workshops.
          2 workshops: $10 off total cost
          3 workshops: $15 off total cost

          1. What qualifications do the instructors have? 
          Cake and Baking Workshops are taught by award-winning Australian cake artists, internationally certified instructors, and guest chefs of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu.
           
          Creative Art and Craft Workshops are led by professional art academy graduates with expertise in children’s psychology, animation, and extensive teaching experience.

           

          1. How can I register for the workshops? 
          Step 1:
          Complete the registration form. 

          Step 2:
          You will receive a confirmation about your workshop selections, participants details, available discounts, and payment information to secure your spot(s).
           
          Step 3:
          Pay the workshop fee to secure your spot(s).
          Once payment is cleared, you’ll receive a confirmation, and your children are ready to attend!

           

          1. Where are the workshops held? 
          Location:
           
          DeLovely Cake Design and Academy, Shop 20, 369 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW (on the first floor of Victoria Plaza).
           
          Parking:
           
          Chatswood Chase:     3 hours free parking, 50m away from DeLovely.
          Westfield Chatswood: 3 hours free parking, 300m away from DeLovely.
           
          Public Transport:
           
          Train:   6-minute walk from Chatswood Station.
          Bus:     Direct routes stop at the entrance.

           

          1. What can parents do during the workshops? 
          Drop-Off Option:
           
          Drop off your child and return at pick-up time.
           
          Enjoy some time for yourself! Both Chatswood Chase and Westfield Chatswood shopping centers are nearby, perfect for shopping, coffee, or relaxation.
           
          Parent-Child Option:
           
          Join the fun and create memorable moments with your child by participating together!

           

          1. If I enroll my child in full-day workshops, do I need to pick up and drop off between the two workshops?

          For Full-Day Workshops:
          You are welcome to prepare a lunchbox for your kids, provided there are no food allergies*. During the lunch break, children can relax and enjoy a movie in the classroom, giving you some well-deserved free time for the whole day.

          *Note: To prioritize the safety of children with food allergies, this option is not available to minimize the risk of allergen cross-contamination.

          Important:
          Your child’s safety is our top priority. Please remind them to remain inside the classroom at all times unless accompanied by one of our staff members to visit the toilet, which is conveniently located just outside the classroom. This ensures they have a safe and enjoyable experience throughout the full-day workshops.
