We’re thrilled to share some sweet news—all three of our cake entries have won awards at this year’s Royal Arts & Crafts Competition at the Sydney Royal Easter Show!
Held annually, this is Australia’s largest celebration of creativity and craftsmanship, and we’re incredibly proud to participate as a member of Chatswood Cake Designers and the Sydney North Shore cake community, and compete with so many talented artists.

🥇 “Melody in Bloom” – First Place (Buttercream Cake Category)
Our elegant new 2025 wedding cake design stole the spotlight with its sophisticated florals and three-tiered structure. Romantic, timeless, and graceful—this cake is already winning hearts for upcoming weddings!
🥉 “Whispers of Spring” – Third Place (Buttercream Cake Category)
A refined single-tier buttercream cake, this design has long been a DeLovely birthday favourite. Its delicate colours and hand-piped flowers made it a standout among fierce competition.
🎖 “Sweet Summer Afternoon” – Highly Commended (Mini Cake Category)
Our adorable fondant mini cake celebrated the joy of summer with tiny fruits and pastel hues. Small in size, but bursting with detail and charm.

From braving stormy weather during delivery to seeing the smiles on showgoers' faces, this journey has been filled with emotion, hard work, and creativity. We are so grateful for the recognition—and for the support of our amazing community.
